LOAN SYSTEMS DIRECTOR $62K
Loan Systems Director elicits requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis. Writes specifications for new applications or changes to existing applications based on business needs. Creates prototype systems for end users which could be easily converted to a corporate standard platform. Performs Q&A function for application enhancements. Researches, implements and supports 3rd party packages that are vital to the business. Collaborates with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyzes tradeoffs between usability and performance needs. Proactively communicates and collaborates with existing partners to determine future information needs and functional requirements. Successfully engages in multiple initiatives simultaneously. Work independently with users to define concepts.

Desired Qualities
|
- Working knowledge of the leveraged loan market, CLO/structured credit market.
- Comprehension of credit servicing model
- Familiarity with external data providers (Bloomberg, KMV, Moody’s, S&P, Fitch)
- Experience with web-based application development
- Familiarity with database query tools
- Strong analytical and product management skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business or equivalent field
